Alfred Forbes earned a BA in Philosophy at Dartmouth College and completed his MBA at the University of Phoenix. Mr. Forbes managed a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regional capacity building assistance program in New York City. For the past 15 years, he has been the principal consultant at Forbes Consulting, providing organization development services for leadership teams and staff throughout the US. He has worked with state departments of health, institutions, and organizations: developing health curriculums, conducting workshops, writing grants, and evaluating programs. In 2013, Mr. Forbes became a Peer Collaborator with the Dartmouth Mandela Washington Fellowship, working with YALI entrepreneurs to expand and grow their businesses. As a consultant and motivational speaker, Mr. Forbes uses a holistic approach, supporting organizations and individuals increase productivity and efficiency.
