The education industry is typically divided into three major streams: primary, secondary (middle) and tertiary. When in midstream you are in the middle of a river, where the current is strongest. We at MLA consider middle-level education to be the most crucial. This is because, the midstream learning approach can be ‘turbulent’, often taken to include some elements of the primary and tertiary levels, making failure lethal for students’ overall progress and wellbeing. This is where we derive our empathy from, compelling us to design a more supportive, inclusive and learner-cantered programmes.

All learners are different, so we strive to understand their weaknesses and strengths by caring.
We believe in treating all learners with fairness and respect, speaking up for what is right.
